wow.... I can't believe what I see on this the news and social media its is so disgusting i guess I start with the cops so my thoughts on the cop who murder George floyd this disgusting cop held his knee on this guy neck for 8min. I wanna say this I respect cop to my death if I see a cop in trouble i will help that officer I will put my life in harms way if I have to. just because these cops put a uniform on or because they wear a badge doesn't mean people can killed them or even worse there family. these cops are human just like me and the rest of the people. the thing that I don't get is people say cops are racist honestly I don't every single cop in the USA is racist because that will make there job hard yes there are some bad apple that fall from the tree because its rotten but that doesn't mean that all the apple on that tree are rotten.
So going on to the protests I respect the peaceful protesters I just have couple thing to talk about can't you just stay on the sidewalk so that you don't interrupt with True Americans that want to get back to work because they can't afford to pay there bills or to feed there family its sad that people don't care about others. I believe in god that we can get through this crisis because i believe god is doing this for a reason. in the next 50 to 100 years 2020 will be history my kids will be learning about the covid-19.
President trump if you like him or not the guy has done a lot more good thing for this country then Obama, trump has done a lot for African Americans, the economy has been set at record high.
there is a lot more to say

May 11 journal
I honestly don't know where to start well this virus is really dumb I can't believe I would be saying
this but I miss school that is the only time I would be saying this but I miss driving around going out
with friends like having partys and living a good life and making memories with my friend but I can't because I am stuck at home beside going to work which is fun for the lest but on the other hand being inside his gotten me to read some books I enjoy which is pretty interesting for someone who doesn't read books at all. I want everything to go back the same and the president is doing a good job with trying to get the economy back to what it was before so that's good. I think everyone was so scared it look like the zombie apocalypse was happening. I have two big freezer that is full of wild game meat so I am good but all these people are being rude and selfish to other people taking a lot of meat and other items they don't need.

451 essay
When Monty asks himself why are books so dangerous it made me think of different ways that a book may be dangerous. It usually depends on the title or where the book came from because if people think books are dangerous then the book must have a dangerous past in order for it to be dangerous. If you examples of books that might be dangerous because of the past is probably the book is cursed or the book was written by a psychopath or something around those lines. The book might be dangerous and illegal because it might want to influence the reader to do some unspeakable acts.
When Montag hit the book under his pillow it made me think of the old times even though this is in the future. That scene in the book got me really curious because people see if you put your phone under your pillow that the Wi-Fi rings aren’t good for your head and can cause cancer. This made Me think of the old times when there weren’t any phones around and people would read books to fall asleep at night and although the book takes place in the future it kind of made me go back in time which I thought was really interesting.
When the hound was looking for Montaigne it made me think of how our society and how are tracking devices such as our phones and cameras will improve over the years such as the hound that that supposedly said to track down any person might be coming in the future whether it’s through military use or through the FBI. As always there’s always a way to get around things and I thought it was pretty cool how he outsmarted the hound by floating down the river.
It’s really interesting how now that people don’t really read books people are making books about burning books but yet it still influence how they want to start a different society where books are known as royalty. Such as the books ending when he meets the riders and clergyman’s and how they want to rebuild a new society when the whole city is torn apart.

451 questions 20 answer
- I believe that Ray Bradbury chose “The Hearth & The Salamander” as a title because it is probably related to the character , Guy Montag & how he or his job creates fires instead of putting them out.
- The assumptions as a reader , can make the protagonist think they enjoy to burn their stuff or anything really & how the burning changes to ashes
- The imagery is negative , because the firehose is giving out acid like a “python” that is a venomous snake.
- F451 is a title of the book but 451 is the temperature that causes books to burn.
- What strikes Montag about Clarisse is how she’s able to walk around happily , looking around & having her house lights on and having her family talk to each other because other families in the neighborhood don’t.
- “Clarisse “ & “Guy “ are significant because the name “Guy “ is the German word for Monday & how it may symbolize his mental position. & “Clarisse “ is from the Latin term “clarus”, meaning “clear”.
- Clarisse asks Montag , if he’s happy & he responded back saying Yes he was , but didn’t even think about it , he just said it.
- 3 odd things that we’ve learned were , people or in their life people don’t communicate with each other , they’re always home & don’t walk around. No one has their lights on , the only electricity that they get as a “light “ is their Television.
- The 2 similes were “her face bright as snow in the moonlight” & “She had a very thin face like the dial of a small clock seen faintly in a dark room in the middle of a night”
- Montag had realized that he wasn’t happy without having her around.
- “SeaShells “ are a term of AirPods , EarPhones or any kind of headset. & Mildred , uses them to listen to things.
- You can tell that Clarisse is different , she seems more adventurous , she likes to go and explore. Unlike Mildred , she’s all about the electronics & doesn’t really seem to care about her Marriage either. She only worries about herself.
- The machine that Mildred used was describe has a “black cobra “ as the machine slides like a snake. & basically somehow helped her have an open mind toward herself.
- He is started to feel negative about himself from what Milred was going through with out telling Montag about it.
- The difference is that Clarisse household is more bright , it has more lights , it has people who actually talk compared to Montag’s house , dark.
- The reason why Montag is saying that he doesn't know anymore because he began to think & have a open-minded with his thoughts.
- Bradbury, characterizes Mildred as a hurt , broken person because the way he describes her it’s like she doesn’t have feelings & has depression & tries to think that her reality is fine when really it isn’t. It shows because when Mildred & Montag spoke it showed that she wasn’t thinking right & isn’t open minded.
- Clarisse is sent to a psychiatrist because she enjoys to nature & hiking in nature , she’s happy & she doesn’t watch television & is basically the opposite from everyone else in their society.
- A hound is a mechanical machine that is meant to kill people & track down for those who are against their society or having books , whatsoever. Montag is bothered because the hounds don’t like him either.
- The reason why the Lady , wanted to stay and die with her books is because she wanted to live in a world where she can enjoy what she does or did , she loved reading & she wanted to show them that she would stand up for how wrong it was to burn books
my inner happy
There are a lot of things that make me happy such as being with family and friends and staying fit. Such as in the weight room or on the field. I love being fair because it makes me feel good about myself and every time I see progress it just pushes me more and Im always up for a challenge.
book and new tech
I think people see books as an old fashion way of the Internet such as the dictionary. Nowadays you don’t see teenagers grabbing a dictionary and looking up a word it’s all in the new technology now such as smart devices.
